Radio and television presenter Jo Stanley and her producer husband Darren McFarlane have made quick work selling their Elsternwick house.

From 2003, Stanley spent 10 years co-hosting Fox FM’s top-rating breakfast show alongside Matt Tilley.

She now appears on Seven Network’s House of Wellness.

Inside Stanley’s Elsternwick abode she just sold.

McFarlane has worked on several films including the 2006 Charlotte’s Web movie voiced by actors Julia Roberts, Oprah Winfrey and Dakota Fanning, and the Indigenous outback western High Ground starring Simon Baker and Jack Thompson.

The couple’s five-bedroom home at 34 Riddell Pde was scheduled to go under the hammer this weekend, but sold ahead of the auction on August 18.

The property was listed for $3.3m-$3.6m, but Biggin & Scott’s Daniel Ashton declined to comment on the exact sale price.

Boasting a Spanish Mission-style facade, formal sitting room, study and outdoor entertaining area, the house was renovated in sympathy with its art deco origins.

Period features including fireplaces and leadlight windows have been retained within the abode.
